NLP ( Neuro Linguistic Programming):

NLP or Neuro Linguistic Programming is all about how our mind works-
It helps us in knowing:
1.  How we do, what we do
2.
How we can do, what we would want to be able to do.
3.
How we do, what we don’t want to do sometimes so that we can do it differently to get the expected result.
NLP is about how our mind works, it’s the study of the structure of subjective experience. It delineates the pattern or syntax of how we arrange our thoughts, a combination of what you see, hear, feel, smell and taste.

If we know how we do what we do, what we want to do, then we can have the flexibility to choose what we want to change and how.

It shows how to run your brain to control how you feel, how to improve learning and communication skills and how your mind influences your health.

The question we really want an answer is, “How?”

“How did our mind do this?”

NLP gives us the answer to this basic question.

ART THERAPY: Art for Psychological well being

KALPARI RECREATIONS
Kalpari Recreations is an attempt by Dr Divya Kumawat to relate 'art' and 'psychology' together.
Recreational activities are outlets of or expression of energy, channeling it into socially acceptable activities that fulfill individual as well as societal needs, without need for compulsion, and providing satisfaction and pleasure for the participant, activity done for enjoyment when one is not working.

Be it drawing, painting, theater or any form of art, the creativity element brings out the hidden and submerged issues that are sometimes hindrances in psychological well being.
